As User Growth Director for Brazil, you’ll shape and lead growth strategy in one of Wellhub’s largest and most strategically important markets. You’ll drive member and subscriber growth, upgrades, and reactivation, while also supporting engagement and retention. Working closely with senior Brazil leadership, you’ll turn data into clear priorities and lead both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

You’ll lead an established regional team and own the growth agenda with a high degree of autonomy. AI will be an important part of how you and your team work, helping you accelerate analysis, reporting, research, and campaign development.

Responsibilities

• Own Brazil’s User Growth strategy and regional marketing plan, including forecasting, KPIs, and ROI-informed resource allocation.
• Partner with senior Brazil leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, communicating results and recommendations through clear, compelling narratives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional team, building ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
• Use AI tools to support and improve analysis, reporting, market research, and campaign development, and help your team do the same.
• Stay close to the work by interpreting data, building reports, supporting campaign execution, and reviewing quality.
• Lead experimentation, identify opportunities to improve performance, and scale effective approaches across markets where relevant.
• Adapt global growth strategies to Brazil’s market and share validated local insights with global teams.
• Lead lifecycle campaign strategy across email, app push, SMS, and WhatsApp, and help shape the paid media agenda.
• Own Brazil’s promotional calendar and partner with Finance on pricing and promotional decisions.
• Foster a supportive work environment that encourages wellbeing and work-life wellness.

Required qualifications

• Significant experience leading growth or marketing strategy and execution for a major market or business line, including P&L-level trade-offs.
• Experience in owned channels, CRM or lifecycle marketing, and/or subscription growth.
• A track record of improving growth funnel performance through strategic, data-informed decisions.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work directly with data and translate findings into business priorities.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and communicating complex topics clearly to executive audiences.
• A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to move between strategic planning and execution.
• Meaningful people-management experience, including coaching teams and building accountability.
• Fluency in Portuguese for local market work and fluency in English for global and cross-functional collaboration.
• Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, or campaign development.
